De-stress

Sometimes, negative feeling just pile up and make one's life miserable.
We need to learn how to de-stres....
My way was to go jogging in the middle of the night, usually after 11pm.
This is when the street is quieter and where the breeze is cooler.

I was so pile up with nasty office politics, trip cancellation, bad people relationship,etc.
After the jog and de-stress... I am able to take things easy and make my life better.
When my life is better, so as people around me... because I will try to bring joy to them too...

Oh, BTW... the child that I had sponser since ~2yrs ago, had send me a photo of himself.
Wow.. he is much taller now and am in primary 2. Good to know that life is better for him.
