I had started the Sunday with a busy schedule.
Morning was all about housekeeping and racer's grooming - tiring chores.
Afternoon was about cycling along the East Coast (which is supposing to be one of my fav activities) - burnt more calories.
Dinner at one of fav restaurants - Smokey's which serve good smoked ribs - add in fats.
However, my night is a disaster after... It’s almost 2am and I am really tired but I can't sleep because I am really unwell – now, this is both mentally and physical beat out!
I suppose to have an early meeting tomorrow. Should I call in sick or just go to work?
I am wondering if one is unwell yet people can advise "rest well and not to worry too much".
Being unwell is physically, does it have to do with "not to worry too much".
Very grumpy....
