My first attempt of Tiramisu with Mr's help.
Actually, it was pretty easy to make them.
Best part is that you can as much liquor as you desired...
Here's the steps:
1. Make a cup of coffee and add liquor (as desired). |
2. 1 egg - separate the yolk and white |
3. Add ~50g of sugar into the egg yolk |
4. Beat till sugar is dissolve |
5. Add some salt to the egg white |
6. Beat till the egg white till it hold firmly |
7. Need ~250g of Mascarpone cheese. |
8. Beat again - the cheese and egg yolk mixture |
9. Add the egg white mixture into 8. Start with half portion of egg white. |

11. You can get the lady fingers in Cold Storage |
12. Dip the lady finger into the coffee/liquor (may soak it lightly) |
13. After, nicely lie the soaked lady finger (12) into the tuberware.... and spread a layer of cream on it. |
14. Mmm... sprinkle some coco power. |
15. Repeat for the second layer. After, chill and serve... |
