Little step to change my lifestyle

I started gym awhile ago and every week, I am rewarded with sore muscles (going from shoulder to arm to back to abs to thigh to lower leg and butt !! Yes, butt too)  
Still, I go back for more; hoping to get a healthier body. 

Since I started to exercise, I decided that my boy will need get some too.. 
So, he's getting longer walk each day. 
I believe he's doing very well, except he "knock out" every night ;)
