Homemade Tiramisu

My first attempt of Tiramisu with Mr's help.

Actually, it was pretty easy to make them.

Best part is that you can as much liquor as you desired...

Here's the steps:

1. Make a cup of coffee and add liquor (as desired). 

2. 1 egg - separate the yolk and white

3. Add ~50g of sugar into the egg yolk

4. Beat till sugar is dissolve

5. Add some salt to the egg white

6. Beat till the egg white till it hold firmly

7. Need ~250g of Mascarpone cheese.

8. Beat again - the cheese and egg yolk mixture

9. Add the egg white mixture into 8. Start with half portion of egg white.

10. Here's the creamy...

11. You can get the lady fingers in Cold Storage

12. Dip the lady finger into the coffee/liquor  (may soak it lightly)

13. After, nicely lie the soaked lady finger (12) into the tuberware.... and spread a layer of cream on it. 

 

 

14. Mmm... sprinkle some coco power.

15. Repeat for the second layer. After, chill and serve...

Longer by day

Found racer eye brow is so long. I don't notice that when he is younger.
Don't it looks like those masters where their white brows outgrown when they get older? :p
However, those master are wiser as they aged but not this dog.

Ckcs average life span is 9-14 year old. He is 11 now.
I'm already feeling the ache :(

Ice cream making

People had been telling us that it is so easy to make ice cream; but we failed with a few attempts.
So, off we go - ice cream making session AND an hour of ice cream buffet (yeah).
Hopefully we will successful attempt the very next time.

Unbelievable Chinese culture and belief .
It has been 100days since grandma in law had passed away; therefore the family decided to perform a ritual.
Little that I know that it involves a full day of praying by priests and immediate family.
Then, there is another round of offering - car, bungalow, maids, money, gold, etc.

Grandma in law, rest in peace and bless your offsprings (>100 people which many names that I don't even know)
